Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please tick the checkbox in the shopping basket to accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

- You are resident in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).
INFORMATION ABOUT US
We operate the website www.deli-door.co.uk. We are Anthony Rowcliffe and Son LTD, a company registered in the UK.
SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY
Our site is only intended for use by people residing in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).
At present we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands, therefore we do not accept orders from the former mentioned countries.
After placing an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched.
You must inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us the day of receiving the goods if you find any defects, by calling us, emailing us or writing to us – at the telephone number or email address shown on our Website. We will replace or refund you for defective Products.
Errors and Omissions Excepted
Whilst it is our intention to ensure that information contained within this website is completely accurate, occasional errors and omissions may occur. In addition, seasonal variations may mean that information correct at time of publishing, including pack sizes and weights, country of origin and prices, may change.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the email Dispatch Confirmation.
We will make delivery to your address as stated or you can select an alternative address at the checkout by selecting “ship to a different address”.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal. Any changes to address details must be made before the order deadlines published on our Website.
You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.

The ownership of the Products ordered on our site will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including the delivery charges.
We deliver to the UK but unfortunately at present we are unable to reach Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands. However, we are working on delivering to these areas so we will keep you posted.
The minimum delivery order of £30. For any deliveries less than £30, there will be a carriage charge of £5 per order.
Monday – Thursday – Orders placed with us BEFORE midday will be delivered the next working day (AM).
Friday – Orders placed with us BEFORE midday will be delivered on Saturday.
Monday – Thursday – Orders placed with us AFTER midday will be delivered the following working day (AM).
Friday – Orders placed with us AFTER midday will be delivered the following Tuesday (AM).
Our chosen courier is DPD and providing a mobile number will provide an accurate time slot of delivery.
