The Bearfields family has been supplying Gammon and Ham for four generations, spanning over 100 years. The journey began when Frederick Bearfield took on his mother’s grocers shop in Homerton High Street in East London. The family use traditional curing methods to produce distinctive flavour and consistent high quality and texture in all cooked hams and gammon.
