These irresistibly tasty treasures can be served as an appetiser or a side dish. Quick and easy to prepare, they will certainly make an impact!
- 4 Fresh figs
- 40g Clemency Hall Brie De Meaux Rouzaire (AOC)
- Handful of walnuts
- Drizzle of honey
- Bunch of thyme
Preheat the oven to 180c. Careful slice the figs in a criss-cross shape, leaving enough room at the bottom so they stay upright. Chop brie into small pieces and place in the centre of the figs. Chop walnuts very finely and scatter over the figs. Finish with a drizzle of honey and a pinch of thyme. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until all the cheese has melted and the figs are looking toasty. Serve immediately.
